Where does the market information come from?
The research service uses authorized marketplace APIs and public blockchain records. Availability and timing may depend on upstream indexing.
Are valuation signals guaranteed?
No. They are experimental estimates based on observed market data and liquidity rules. Markets can change quickly and listings may not result in completed sales.
What should I include in a support request?
Describe the page or research behavior, the approximate time, and any public asset identifier involved. Never send a password, private key, seed phrase, or authentication token.

During private beta, support is handled on a best-effort basis. We aim to review legitimate requests within five business days.
